Accessibility Statement for Azimi & Co. Vision Recruitment
This accessibility statement applies to the Azimi & Co. Vision Recruitment website.
Azimi & Co. Vision Recruitment is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for candidates, employers, and partners of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience by aligning our digital platforms with recognised accessibility best practices.
Using Our Website
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. As part of our continuous development roadmap, we are actively working towards a site experience where users can:
- scale and zoom up to 175% without loss of core content or functionality;
- navigate the primary site structure using standard keyboard controls;
- interact with the platform using common assistive technologies and screen readers; and
- adjust display settings, text sizes, and contrast levels using browser or device configurations.
We also strive to keep our recruitment content, forms, and descriptions as clear and straightforward as possible.

How Accessible This Website Is
Azimi & Co. Vision Recruitment is a growing agency, and our website is under continuous operational and technical development. We have not yet completed a full, independent formal accessibility audit against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard, and we do not currently claim full formal compliance.
Instead of claiming perfection, we believe in complete transparency. We are fully committed to identifying, tracking, and resolving accessibility barriers as we encounter them, and we deeply value user feedback.
Known Technical Items We Are Actively Resolving:
- Zoom & Header Scaling: At higher browser zoom thresholds, certain navigation components on the right side of the header require layout fine-tuning to prevent visual clipping.
- Keyboard Navigation: Specific dropdown menus in the main navigation currently rely primarily on pointer interactions; full keyboard-only accessibility mapping is being implemented as an active development priority.
- Structural Hierarchy: Heading sequences across primary pages are undergoing regular reviews to ensure a strict and logical flow for screen-reader users.
Cookies and Third-Party Tools
Our website integrates third-party tools such as platform analytics and live candidate support widgets. We are continuously refining our technical implementation to ensure that non-essential scripts and tracking tools strictly respect user consent preferences.

Our Approach to Accessibility
While formal public-sector web accessibility regulations apply specifically to public bodies, Azimi & Co. Vision Recruitment voluntarily adopts WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines as a benchmark of good operational practice.
We do this because inclusive recruitment is core to our corporate values: talented candidates and healthcare employers should never experience barriers due to a disability.
Our Development Roadmap (Target: Q1 2027)
As part of our ongoing digital enhancements, we intend to complete the following milestones:
- rolling out complete keyboard accessibility across all dropdowns and interactive components;
- conducting comprehensive contrast ratio reviews across all UI elements and buttons;
- ensuring all critical images carry descriptive alternative text;
- maintaining logical heading structures across dynamic sections; and
- ensuring all links and buttons feature clear, descriptive accessibility names.
This statement will be updated continuously as these developmental milestones are achieved.
Content Outside the Scope of This Statement
- Third-party platforms: External links or integrated widgets such as social media profiles or external partner portals are outside our direct technical control, though we carefully select partners who prioritize accessibility.
- Downloadable documents: Where we issue PDF briefs or specification sheets, we strive for accessibility. If you find a document unreadable, contact us directly for an alternative format.
