Azimi & Co. Vision Recruitment — Speaking Up

Azimi & Co. Vision Recruitment is committed to maintaining the highest possible standards in its activities as a recruitment and talent solutions agency, as well as an employer. We are equally committed to fostering an open environment and a culture of full accountability, where not only our employees, but those outside the organisation too — including job applicants, candidates, former employees, agency workers, clients, or suppliers — are encouraged to Speak Up.

'Speaking Up' refers to the disclosure of suspected wrongdoing in relation to Azimi & Co. and its business activities — also known as whistleblowing or a protected disclosure.

What Can Be Reported

You are encouraged to Speak Up if you have a reasonable belief that wrongdoing has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur, in connection with Azimi & Co.'s business. This may include, for example:

  • Breach of a legal obligation, including data protection or employment law;
  • Danger to the health and safety of any individual;
  • Financial impropriety, fraud, or bribery;
  • Discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment of candidates, employees, or clients;
  • Miscarriage of justice; or
  • Concealment of any of the above.

Confidentiality and Protection
